Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Braintouch Integrated Systems & Solutions (“Bissols,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Bissols Email Finder, our website at bissols.com, and our browser extension (collectively, the “Service”).
- Information We Collect
- a) Information you provide directly
- Account & purchase information: your email address, and any billing details you provide at checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed entirely by our payment processor, Paddle.com — we never see or store your full card number.
- Support communications: information you send us when you contact support@bissols.com.
- b) Information generated by your use of the Service
- License and activation data: your subscription status, activation key, and plan type, used to validate access to paid features.
- Usage data: aggregate counters such as daily crawl/search usage, used to enforce free-tier limits and for basic product analytics (e.g., how often features are used). We do not use this to build a profile of the third-party contacts you discover through the Service.
- Technical data: basic diagnostic information (such as app version and error logs) that may be sent to us automatically to help us fix bugs, if you have diagnostics enabled.
- c) Information the Service helps you collect about others
Bissols Email Finder is a tool that helps you discover and verify publicly available B2B contact information from third-party websites. Any contact data you collect using the Service is stored locally on your own device (and, where applicable, in your connected outreach tools) — we do not receive, store, or have access to the contact lists or leads you generate. You are responsible for handling that data in compliance with applicable law (see our Terms and Conditions).
- How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Validate license activation and enforce usage limits
- Send transactional emails (e.g., license key delivery, receipts, renewal notices) via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:

- Cookies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics (for example, to remember your preferences or measure site traffic). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect certain website features.
- Data Retention
We retain account, license, and billing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 6.
- Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@bissols.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
- International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including by our third-party service providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
- Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and signed license keys. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account or a notice on our website. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision.
