Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bissols Email Finder, including the desktop application, the accompanying browser extension, and the website located at bissols.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Braintouch Integrated Systems & Solutions (“Bissols,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. The Service

Bissols Email Finder is a desktop software application, paired with an optional browser extension, that helps users discover, verify, and organize business-to-business (B2B) contact information for the purpose of professional outreach. Certain features require an active paid subscription; a limited free tier is available subject to daily usage limits.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, to use the Service.

  1. Account and License

Upon purchasing a subscription, we issue you a signed activation key tied to your registered email address. This key:

  • Is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another individual or organization.
  • Grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription.
  • May be revoked if used in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your activation key and account credentials confidential.

  1. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) through our payment processor, Paddle.com.
  • Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases; your transaction is subject to Paddle’s own terms in addition to ours.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
  • You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link provided in your confirmation email, or by contacting support@bissols.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change taking effect on their next renewal.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Scrape, collect, or process contact data in violation of applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL) in the jurisdictions where your outreach targets are located.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”) that violate applicable anti-spam law or the policies of your email service provider.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the license activation or usage-limit mechanisms of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or that of any third party (including the websites the Service crawls).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and without refund where the violation involves misuse or fraud.

  1. Data You Collect Using the Service

You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and act upon the contact data you collect using the Service, including compliance with applicable data protection and marketing laws in your own outreach activities. Bissols provides tools for data discovery; it does not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for how collected data is subsequently used.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Braintouch Integrated Systems & Solutions (Bissols) and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that discovered or verified email addresses will be accurate, current, or deliverable at all times, as this depends on third-party data that is outside our control.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braintouch Integrated Systems & Solutions (Bissols) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
