Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

We want you to be satisfied with Bissols Email Finder. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

  1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date, no questions asked, provided the request is for your first subscription payment on that plan.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@bissols.com from the email address associated with your subscription.
  2. Include your order/transaction ID (found in your Paddle purchase confirmation email) or the email address used at checkout.
  3. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

  1. Renewal Payments

The 7-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a plan. Automatic renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are not covered by the money-back guarantee once the initial 7-day window has passed. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via the subscription management link in your confirmation email, or by contacting support.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a renewal occurred after you canceled, or a duplicate charge was made — contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

  1. What Isn’t Covered
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date (except for billing errors as described above).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions, including misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Service.
  • Partial-period refunds for cancellations made mid-billing-cycle (you retain access through the end of the paid period, but the remaining time is not refunded separately).

  1. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
